Unable to load routes

I have a paid subscription but my saved routes cannot be loaded as clicking them takes me to a subscribe page, when clicking subscribe again the pop up says I’m already signed up

I have the same problem. I paid but but cannot open saved route. After 3 hours making it in great detail, I’m not going to do it all over again. The route shows as saved but when I click on it I am directed to sign up page. Yet I have paid. Did you have any luck yet ?

Same situation, spent many hours yesterday but can’t access my route. Unfortunately I haven’t found a solution yet so quite frustrating, have dropped them an email so hoping for a reply soon

It looks like some bug has crept in with recent API updates. We’ll look into this and respond ASAP.

Please do not delete the app out of frustration and try to reinstall it. That will delete anything that’s on your local iPhone.

Can you please update to 3.4.0 and check if the issue is resolved?
