Last night and this morning I’ve not been able to export any of my videos. Annoying as I need them this week. Very frustrating to be paying and not be able to export the great videos your app produces. Help please

I’m still unable to export. This is highly frustrating and when I’ve paid for a years subscription but won’t be able to use the videos I’ve created for my trip which starts in 20 days if this continues. Please can you update what is happening and when we can expect a fix. The silence isn’t a good look for you even if very busy. If I can’t use for my trip I’ll want a refund. Thanks
