When I create a journey, such as London to Singapore, when I play it, it plays fine, but after I share it and play it, it misses the start of the journey and starts half way through the flight even though it is starting from 0 seconds
Sorry about this. We need some more information here to figure this out. Are you using an iPhone or an Android?
Can you please log in to the app and pass us the logged-in user ID? Once you’ve logged in, retry the workflow so we can capture the associated events. After that, please send us the exported video. We just have a screenshot.
