Paid User Unable to Use App’s Core Features – Request for Refund

Dear Travel Animation App Support Team,

I am writing as a paid user of your app to report a serious issue that renders the app unusable for me.

Despite having granted the app location permission in my phone settings, and after multiple attempts to resolve the issue—including restarting my device, and even uninstalling and reinstalling the app—the core feature to select a start point and end point is completely non-functional. No matter what country or location I search for, the app fails to return results or allow selection.

This issue has made it impossible for me to use the app as intended. Since the main feature is inaccessible even after all troubleshooting steps, I kindly request a full refund of my subscription payment.

Please advise on how the refund process will proceed. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.
