What is the difference between Paid and Free Subscription?

After subscribing i found out i can not use the app in my macbook then what is the reason for subscription? Can i get refund?

Thank you for your feedback! With your subscription, you’ve unlocked access to premium vehicle models and map styles for your videos.

Currently, our app doesn’t support MacBook, but we plan to make it available in future updates.
